Charity & Fundraising
At Edge Dance Studios we believe in giving back and helping those that dance is less accessible to or those that may be experiencing hardships of war or poverty.
To date we have successfully and independently organised and distributed two dance wear care packages.
Without the assistance of parents of Edge dance studio members and the generous donations made by colleagues this would not have been possible.We work closely with Dimensions Dancewear in Dublin who have kindly supported and donated vast amounts of unwanted and new dance items.

Damascus, Syria
To date we have sent a huge 15kg box of dance wear to a dance school in Damascus Syria that remains open despite the constant threat of war and terror. Funds were raised through sales of unwanted or used items within Edge Dance Studios and through generous donations to our GoFundMe page.
We hope the school can continue to remain open and enjoy our contributions to their dance training.
Nairobi, Kenya
With the donations being so generous for our Syria campaign we were able to assist a dance wear package to Nairobi in Kenya.
Funds were raised through a school Christmas raffle and sent to Annos Africa Charity in the UK.
The box of ballet shoes,leg warmers and leggings made its way to Kenya with one of Annos Africa's representatives and since then the children of Nairobi have been enjoying them.

Ramallah Ballet Center
We are currently in the process of fundraising and accepting donations of dance wear for Ramallah Ballet Center in Palestine.
Siobhan has made contact with the school's principal and we hope to launch a GoFund me page soon.
